Camille is welcomed for her experience of growing up
at Nani's (she was 11 when Nani's was opened),
living & eating in Sicily for six months after
graduating from Jackson Hole High School,
living & eating in Rome for three years during her
undergraduate,
and her love and understanding of Italian Cuisine &
Culture.
Camille is our authenticity expert.
She researches & prepares a classic menu three
times/year,
a regional menu on a monthly basis, & nightly
specials,
and is responsible for educating the Chef staff
in preparation and cooking methods of each dish.
She supervises production of all menu items.
Camille enjoys cooking on the line, prepping early in
the morning, greeting our customers and helping them select their
food & wine.
